Date: Monday 5th January 2026
Time: 1:00 – 2:00 pm
This training is required for all staff and must be completed by the end of the 2025/2026 academic year. The session will be recorded and available to watch later, but we strongly encourage live attendance during the Foundation Conference to meet this requirement and take advantage of the opportunity to ask questions.
This session will help you build a safer, more respectful, and inclusive workplace. You’ll learn how to recognise harassment and bullying, understand the latest legal requirements, and explore practical strategies for prevention.
What you’ll gain:
- How to report concerns and promote collective responsibility
- Ways to create psychological safety and empower colleagues to speak up
- Practical steps to prevent harassment and foster respect
Facilitator: Emma Hughes, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, brings over 20 years of HR consultancy experience and leads Browne Jacobson’s HR division.
Don’t leave this until later - plan ahead and join live to complete your mandatory training and get the most from the session!
