Learning & Development Needs
We have run the first two sessions with two staff members from each school, working with Equaliteach to enable them to cascade the learning to staff across the foundation in the autumn term. We may need help with setting up and organising individual training sessions, sending out invites and ensuring all staff in your schools attend. Please get in touch if you are able to support this essential work.
If you would like to support with the rollout of the training, please speak to those who are attending the Equaliteach programme from your school. For a list of attendees from your school, please speak to your school’s PA.
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Survey for all staff
The Committee have been working to design an ED&I survey to be sent out to all staff across the Foundation in the autumn term.
The purpose of this survey will be to gather your views, opinions, and feedback in relation to equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I). The results from this survey will be anonymised and data will be aggregated to provide us with insight into your ideas and suggestions. The data will be used to inform the Foundation’s priorities, our ED&I objectives, future developmental needs and the design of an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy for the Foundation.
We really value you taking part and contributing to this survey, any feedback you can provide is important to us and will help develop our understanding for how we can do things better.
