Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I) Survey is now available.  The survey will provide you with the opportunity to express your opinions relating to equality, diversity and inclusion matters within your workplace. All staff from across the Foundation are invited to respond.

The Governors and Staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee value your views and experiences and feel it is important that all staff can feedback on their working environment. We therefore highly encourage you to take part.  All responses will remain anonymous and confidential and data will be summarised for the purposes of analysis and review, providing each school with a better understanding of where our ED&I priorities lie and informing the Governors & Staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee Strategy and Objectives for the Foundation.

It is important that you are able to communicate your views confidentially. To help us with this, we are working together with the Edurio survey platform, who we worked with recently, to deliver the Employee Engagement Survey.  They are well known within the education sector and they have carried out surveys with schools in recent years.  Edurio will perform the analysis, benchmarking and presentation of the survey data on our behalf.

Anonymity and Confidentiality
Anonymity and data protection are very important to us and the link below details Edurio's commitment to this. To see what the survey results will look like, and for further information, please see the link below.

What happens next?
You will have received an email from Edurio with a link to the survey. It should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. Please do not share your link with others to ensure the integrity of the results. You may receive reminder e-mails from Edurio during the survey period which will end on 20th October 2021.  Those staff without access to a work email will receive a letter with a link to the survey that they can access to ensure that they do not miss out on the opportunity.

What happens after the survey period closes?
Edurio compile the responses and prepare the results which will be benchmarked against other schools through their platform.

The results will be communication to all staff in the following months. These results will inform our employer priorities over the next few years and will inform future action plans for each school.

Thank you for participating in this survey, we appreciate you taking the time to complete it.
