In January 2023 we will be partnering with an independent provider (Edurio) to undertake a confidential employee engagement survey. We carried out a similar survey in 2021, so this survey will feel familiar to those of you in the Academy Trust and Foundation Office who completed it then. We are thrilled that King Edward VI Northfield School for Girls, King Edward VI Lordswood School for Girls, King Edward’s School and King Edward VI High School for Girls will also be undertaking the survey for the first time, and we are looking forward to hearing everyone’s views across the whole Foundation.
As a reminder and an introduction to those who have not completed the survey before, we are issuing the results of the previous survey here, and we will be communicating again in the New Year regarding progress we have made on the outcomes and action points.
