Updated iTrent Software
Earlier this month, as part of the annual year end updating of iTrent, we have updated our system with the latest release for our core HR and Payroll users, Head PAs in schools, and also for Manager Self Service Users. In the main, the functionality remains the same, but the look and feel of iTrent now looks slightly different, and also now looks very similar to Employee Self Service.
We run substantial tests to ensure that the system all works fine in the background, and also testing each updated item. We have also held a drop-in session for anyone to see the new updated version before we launched this and gave anyone the change to also ask any questions.

Annual Leave for 2023/24 (Full Year Non-Teaching Employees only)
As part of the Payroll Year End updates, we have updated all of the 2023/24 Calendars for Annual Leave, Bank Holidays and Concessionary Days.
This means that the holiday calendar for the period 01.09.23 to 31.08.24 is now available for booking in iTrent Employee Self Service. If you require any support regarding booking annual leave, please email the iTrent helpdesk on [email protected]
