It has been more than three years since the Academy Trust was formed and we are keen to hear from our employees on the subjects that matter to them. We are asking all employees across the Foundation Office and Academy Trust to share their views in a new employee survey. You should by now have received a personalised e-mail with a link to the survey which should only take 15 minutes to complete. The survey closes on 8th February 2021.
The survey will give you the opportunity to express your opinion on various themes within your workplace, and your overall well-being at work. It is so important that you have the opportunity to feedback your views on the Foundation and the Academy Trust as an employer, as this will help determine future areas for development and priority in line with the Trust and Foundation’s HR strategy.
We have included all employees. Those who do not use an e-mail address at work will by now have received a letter with an invitation asking them to access the survey.
We are working together with the Edurio survey platform to undertake the survey and collate the results. Edurio are well known within the education sector having carried out surveys with many multi academy trusts. More information on Edurio can be found here: https://home.edurio.com
