Headteachers Discuss Digital Transformation in Education

The Foundation Education Group (FEG), comprised of Heads from all Foundation schools, meets every month.

In February, FEG dedicated the meeting to discuss how digital technology is shaping education. The Digital and Technology and Education departments arranged for external speakers, from other education establishments, to share their digital transformation journeys. This initiative is one of many examples of leaders of the Foundation are prioritising digital and technology.

Georgina Xuereb of Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust, Martin Gibb of Amesbury School, Andy Perryer of Cognita and James Howell of Academies Transformation Trust, all contributed to the meeting, giving useful insight into their experiences.
