The Equality Act 2010 provides vital protections against sexual harassment and harassment related to ‘protected characteristics’ such as sex, sexual orientation, and gender reassignment. It’s important to recognize that sexual harassment differs from other forms of harassment associated with these characteristics, and individuals may face both simultaneously or separately.
What to Do if You Experience Sexual Harassment at Work
