⚠️ Concern: Increasing diversity within Senior Leadership Teams is a priority.

Detailed Findings:

🏆 Highest-Scoring Area: ‘The Work Itself’ – Staff feel fulfilled in their roles.
🔻 Lowest-Scoring Area: ‘The Management’ – Leadership and support need enhancement.
📊 Most Improved Area: ‘Personal Development’ – Marked progress since our last survey.

Benchmarking Insights:

Strengths: Fair pay, EDI training, and inclusivity ranked above national averages.
🔍 Areas for Improvement: Increasing staff diversity, visible SLT action on discrimination, and workplace behaviour.

Next Steps:

The EDI Steering Group met on 27th March to review these initial findings. Their next meeting on 22nd May will focus on action planning once each school has received its individual report. Special attention will be given to diversity, leadership, and belonging. Additionally, survey providers are still analysing open-text responses, and we’ll share updates as soon as they become available.

Your voice matters, and we welcome your continued feedback! If you have ideas or suggestions to enhance our EDI efforts, please reach out to your school EDI Leads or email [email protected].

Thank you for being part of this important journey toward a more inclusive and supportive Foundation!
