Job Description
The Schools are seeking an experienced individual to lead the Grounds staff as part of a team of seven, working across all areas of the site.
As Head of Grounds, the postholder will have overall responsibility for ensuring the site is safe, visually appealing, and well-maintained at all times.
A key aspect of the role is maintaining sports pitches and grounds to the highest possible standard. The Head of Grounds must ensure the grounds team consistently adheres to all relevant policies, health and safety legislation, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, while also being capable of working independently and showing flexibility in their approach.
