We are keen to appoint an enthusiastic Graduate with experience of working with small groups and individual students who have specific learning needs. Candidates need to have experience of interventions and must be able to demonstrate an understanding of learning and life skills. Other responsibilities include liaising with staff regarding curriculum, adapting resources, recording and monitoring progress and liaising with families as appropriate.
The successful candidate will be fully supported in their career and professional development through a vast programme of CPD provided by the academy.
