Organised through our Headteachers, the first King Edward VI Schools’ Conference, ConnectED, focuses on remote learning. The sessions provide a unique opportunity to share our experiences and build on our learning across the entire Foundation.
The conference will be delivered via a series of virtual sessions, each led by a group of different schools from across the Foundation. Each session aims to look at the lessons we learnt from the lockdown periods, the main takeaways and questions raised both nationally and locally, and looking to the future what we might expect and can gain from our experience.
Everyone is invited to attend as many or as few sessions as they like, with no obligation to attend at all if they do not wish. It is highly encouraged however as this is a great chance to share learning, discuss key topics and communicate in a way we have not previously explored.
- Choose from eight afternoon sessions between 21st June and 1st July
- Discover how other Foundation schools tackled remote learning, what has emerged since, and debate how education evolves
- Hear from our Chief Executive Officer
- Webinars led by a small group of schools, giving different perspectives
- Register for and attend as many or as few as you wish
- Contact [email protected] with any questions
Please see below for the planned sessions, their timings, leads, and the links to register (you will need to complete the short registration for each session you hope to attend):
