As we transition towards using iTrent HR and Payroll system, we have produced an online resource hub about iTrent and scheduled remote iTrent Familiarisation Sessions.
The iTrent Resource Hub is for all staff of the Foundation Office, Academy Trust and Independent Schools. If you a manage a team or are part of one, we have prepared a series of videos to help you familiarise yourself with iTrent. These currently include videos that demonstrate how to:
- log on to iTrent
- view and amend personal details
- view and download payslips
- apply for and approve annual leave
- view and add sickness and other absence details.
Although staff will be provided their log in details to iTrent in April, we encourage everyone to visit the iTrent Resource Hub and review these resources over the coming weeks.
iTrent Familiarisation Sessions, have been scheduled to get all staff acquainted with iTrent and answer questions. To join these remote sessions, you are required to register using the links provided on the iTrent Resource Hub here.
Access HR Support Sessions have also been scheduled only to assist and resolve any difficulties colleagues are facing with logging in to Access HR and viewing or downloading their past payslips. To join these remote sessions, you are required to register using the links provided on the iTrent Resource Hub here. Please note these sessions are only for members of staff who joined the organisation before 1 January 2021.
