Job Description
We seek a talented and experienced People Partner to join our professional and friendly People team. The role will work closely with the other People Partners and wider People and Systems team. You will have responsibility for providing expert advice and guidance to your own portfolio of schools, proactively supporting headteachers and employees in all activities of the full employment lifecycle. This is a varied and rewarding role.
You will ideally have experience of working in the education sector, have strong stakeholder management skills and a drive to deliver excellent customer service whilst demonstrating best practice. Experience in supporting change management projects across sites will be a key part of the role.
