We are excited to announce that Becky Cudby, our Organisational Development Partner and EDI Steering Group Member, has completed her CPD-accredited certification in Workplace EDI Lead with the Competence Centre for Workplace Equity. This achievement underscores Becky's dedication to continuous learning, professional development, and advancing workplace equity.
Becky is eager to act on the results of our EDI survey with the EDI Steering Group. She will collaborate with School EDI leads to develop initiatives based on the survey findings. These initiatives will aim to educate staff on diversity, equity, and inclusion, promote a more inclusive workplace, foster continuous improvement, and encourage open dialogue.
