The annual Greater Birmingham rugby competitions took place last week, kindly hosted by King Edwards School.
A fabulous week of rugby saw over 500 students compete for the Greater Birmingham trophy in their respective age groups. King Edward’s School, King Edward VI Aston, King Edward VI Five Ways, King Edward VI Camp Hill, King Edward VI Sheldon Heath, Fairfax and Bishop Vesey took part in the competition allowing for plenty of healthy competition across the week.
King Edward VI Five Ways claimed victory in the U13 & U15 competition and King Edward’s School were victorious in the U14 & 12 tournament.
Thanks to all staff from the aforementioned schools for providing such fabulous opportunities for the students. Thank you again to King Edward’s School for hosting, and particularly Mr Adams and Mr Burgess (King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Boys), who organised and facilitated the competitions.
