Sarah has worked in the field of HR for over twenty years, with the majority of her career spent in the education sector. Before joining the Foundation in 2018, Sarah worked in consultancy and director level roles in the upstream oil and gas industry, delivering global HR projects to operator clients.
Key priorities for Sarah and the HR team include embedding the HR strategy across the Foundation and continuing to deliver a modern and professional HR service across a growing organisation.
Sarah holds a BA (Hons) Commerce, MSc in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She is an Insights and DISC practitioner and a qualified Executive Coach. She has previously held charity trustee and governor positions.
